Biography

Rudy represents individuals and business owners seeking to recover insurance benefits after catastrophic property damage losses. He thrives on helping his clients pick up the pieces after their insurance companies refuse to hold up their end of the bargain. Rudy is adept at resolving claims disputes through all stages of the process, including litigation and trial. Rudy brings real industry experience after working as a claims adjuster and compliance manager for multiple insurance companies before getting his law degree. He has applied that experience to a decade of representing policyholders as an attorney.

Rudy is originally from San Diego and moved up to the Bay Area to attend law school at UC Hastings. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics. Rudy currently works with the San Francisco team and was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2020 and 2021. He has successfully worked on a number of cases that have resulted in published decisions.
