Biography

Robert Gregory is an experienced attorney in the insurance industry, including the handling of complex litigation cases ranging from residential to commercial properties. Mr. Gregory prides himself on professionalism, ethical conduct, and will work determinedly for his clients. He is a diligent and impassioned attorney willing to strategize individual cases and think outside the box in order to adapt and overcome adverse situations when they arise.

As a South Florida native, Mr. Gregory was born in Miami, and grew up just a short drive north in Palm Beach County. In a family of lawyers and entrepreneurs, he endeavored first to working for the family business before being called into the legal vocation. Following his education at the Barry University School of Law, Mr. Gregory was graciously accepted as an Orange County Public Defender in Orlando, Florida. There he gained an invaluable skill set for witness evaluation, case development, trial preparation, trial management, and courtroom decorum.

To broaden these legal tools at his disposal, Mr. Gregory ventured to work as an insurance attorney handling cases on behalf of various insurance carriers, including cases related to first party property, general liability, and personal injury. He provides an insightful perspective due to his years working for insurance companies, and now utilizes his talents and services for the benefit of the policyholders. He brought these skills to Merlin Law Group in order to provide the highest quality representation for the needs of his clients while maintaining the dignity and principled stature of the legal profession.
