Biography

Larry Bache’s purpose is to serve clients, protect their interests, and help them recover from their insurance company. This dedication to customer service, value system of high integrity, and honesty has made Larry a shining star among Merlin Law Group clients. He is a diligent lawyer who works hard to understand this area of the law inside and out. He will never back down from a situation just because it is difficult. Larry feels one of his biggest and best attributes is his ability to take a difficult legal concept and break it down for his clients.

Larry specializes in hail, windstorm, business interruption, earth movement, and bad faith litigation. Larry predominately represents commercial property owners, real estate investment trusts, and condominium associations. Larry joined Merlin Law Group in October 2010 and has practiced exclusively on behalf of policyholders nationwide. Specifically, Larry has represented clients in Colorado, California, Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, and Kansas.

Solely practicing first-party property insurance cases for his entire career at the Merlin Law Group, Larry has tried these types of cases in several states in both the state and federal court. In addition to his trial experience, Larry has argued in front of multiple different courts of appeals, helping create law and protect policyholders’ rights. Larry is actively involved in legislation all over the country and enjoys fighting for policyholders at every level.

Larry’s relentless dedication to serving policyholders with success has led the office to two recent bad faith trial victories, two recent appellate cases in the Tenth Circuit, notable appellate court victories, and numerous bad faith fire and hail damage case settlements.
