Biography

James “Jimmy” DePalo Jr., Esq., has been in the field of first-party property and insurance claim litigation for over three years. Jimmy, originally from White Plains, New York, grew up and currently lives in Naples, Florida. Jimmy graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2012, with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing and attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, graduating in 2016 with his Juris Doctor degree.

Jimmy is a member of the Florida Bar in the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and has worked for both defense and plaintiff’s firms. Jimmy finds himself with a strong urge to fight for the policyholder and enjoys advocating in the “David vs. Goliath” fight for the homeowner/business owner and against the insurance companies. Jimmy has a founded background in sports, specifically organized baseball, as his late father, James DePalo Sr., played professional baseball for the New York Yankees organization, which gives Jimmy his competitive edge and determination to succeed for his clients. Jimmy’s combination of education, passion for helping people, knowledge and experience, and competitive nature allows for a most competent representation for his clients in their time of need.
