Biography

Attorney Shaun Marker is not new to the practice of insurance law — offering many years of experience in the areas of insurance recovery, risk management, and asset protection. Mr. Marker has the knowledge, skill, and tenacity to provide the type of personal and friendly service to clients that the firm expects from all of its attorneys. He also has the proper temperament to provide zealous representation for those embroiled in insurance coverage disputes yet still empathizes and listens carefully to their needs.

Mr. Marker is originally from western New York and is a first-generation lawyer. He began in the insurance field representing property insurance companies for several years before switching and applying that knowledge to the benefit of policyholders.  Mr. Marker is also handling ocean marine cargo claims and inland marine cargo claims, as well as property insurance claims. Mr. Marker is also well respected by his peers, having received an AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
